shopifund ("shopifund," "we," "our," or "us") operates shopifund.com and any related applications, tools, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). We are a business funding marketplace that connects small and medium-sized businesses ("you" or "your business") with third-party lending partners.
shopifund is not a lender, bank, credit union, or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions and do not fund loans. All lending and credit decisions are made by independent third-party lending partners in our network.

Marketing Communications

Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to take effect. Note that even after opting out of marketing, you may still receive transactional emails related to your loan inquiry or active matches.

Deletion
You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. We will honor such requests to the extent permitted by law. Certain records may need to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
Do Not Track

- Marketing data: retained until you opt out, after which we retain only a suppression record to honor your preference
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated, non-identifying form indefinitely
When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Third-Party Services
Our Services contain links to third-party websites, and our matching process connects you to third-party lenders. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected and processed by shopifund. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of:
- Lending partners and financial institutions you are matched with
- Websites you navigate to from links on our platform
- Referring or affiliate partners

Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended solely for use by businesses and their authorized representatives who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
